I’ve had this tank for a while, and I’ve cleaned mine multiple times. Does anyone know if you can take apart the top cap of the tank where the spring loaded ring is for cleaning?

I’ve had this tank for a while, and I’ve cleaned mine multiple times. Does anyone know if you can take apart the top cap of the tank where the spring loaded ring is for cleaning?
