Vendor issue

Has anybody purchased any D# products from CannaClear? If so, have you had recent checkout problems? This is not an ‘order placed and money taken but no deliverance’ issue, I can access the site itself just fine and browse thru the ‘catalog’ and place whatever in my buggy, but I cannot submit my order. There is an ongoing email volley between me and their support. I’ve tried using 5 different browsers between my PC & phone.
