A question about Nicotine Strength and Wattages

Been trying to find an answer to this for a while and can’t find anything.

My question is if you smoke 3mg at 60w, are you consuming twice as much nicotine as you would be smoking 3mg at 30w, as you’re burning the juice twice as fast? (Twice the wattage = twice the nicotine consumption?)

And so by this logic, smoking 18mg on 10w would be the same as smoking 3mg on 50w?

If not, how does this work?

Thanks
