Are Japanese IP addresses blocked?
Prior to the site upgrade in August I did not have any problem accessing the site from my house. I was in the States when the site upgrade took place. After returning to Japan in early September, I receive the message “Oops! We ran into some problems. Your IP address has been banned.”
I have cleared the cookies and cache but still have the same error.
I work on a U.S. military base here and can access the site using the on-base network.
