Freshly baked lemon cake coated with white icing. Like X-Berry Mint, similar design, simple, no unnecessary frills. The aroma doesn’t belie the description, lemon cake, but all in a not too strong finish. The flavours, on the inhale the lemon is to the fore and then on the way out you get a little cakey garnish. The lemon is not sour, but not sweet either, you get the lemon zest itself…
