Good day I am new and would like to discuss if I can sell my used vape gear and if people are interested

how do people post the things they would like to sell and what is the proper way to post? I’ve seen things about 4 posts before but just confused and would like some clarification. I have lots of gear that I don’t use anymore mostly atomizers and mods. I also have things like wire and flavors that I would consider selling also.
