Happy 15th Birthday, ECF!
December 11th, 2007 (dayum!!!).
Back before “vape” was even a word, and back before 99% of us ever tried an e-cig, ECF was born, This place that many of us have called home for so long, without which some (me!) might never have succeeded with the groundbreaking (at the time) technology, was delivered by the proverbial stork.
