How much nicotine in a 5% disposable compared to analog cigarettes

I’ve been vaping 5% salt nic disposables for a while. I usually get a short nic buzz if I have not hit it for more than a few hours. I spent some time googling to see how much nicotine I’m really getting from 2-3 hits on a 5% disposable. The answers are all over the place.
