How to polish/clean mech mods?

Hey guys,

I jumped into the world of mechs did alot of research on it before doing so..
But i still have a question brass and copper mods gets dirty and betinne after just a week of use what are some polish materials i can use to clean it and that is available in EU?
Will any metal polish cream work?
I guess i could just use vinegar?
