Need help changing nic strength

I need some help changing from 6% nic to a 10% solution. I downloaded the e-juice me Up program but I can’t seem to wrap my mind around this. Here is a very small batch that I used the 6% solution: 48 ml Nic, 16ml distilled water, 64ml flavoring, 192ml VG. The Nic is 10% in a 100%VG. I’m sure this comes easy to some of you….wish it was for me. I appreciate the help!!
