New and need help please

Hi I’m new to vaping. The local vape shop recommended the XROS 2 as my first vape. I really enjoyed using the unit, but when it come time to change the POD I started to have problems with it. I installed the pod, filled it, and let it sit for 5 minutes, just as the shop keep showed me, but when I went to use it, I got an awful spitback.
