Original Sceptre is dead.

I have a Sceptre 2 already and love it, but my other older Sceptre is suddenly dead dead. I tried to turn it on, nothing, Cleaned the contacts, changed the coil, nothing. Won’t charge either, no lights or anything. Is the battery done?
