Trying To Figure Out Element Vape Shipping

Hello fellow vapers,…..
Ok life is finally being good to me and gave me a device from Element Vape.
I’m new to vaping and never purchased from this site.I got a email and its a shipping email that I’ve never seen before its not U.S.P.S.
Its not Fed EX, Its not U.P.S or any other company I can think of.
I send them an Email no response.
Does anyone know what carrier they go through?
If so that would be much helpful,
