Vaporesso Luxe “battery error”

Hi,

It’s been a little over a year since I last used the electronic cigarette and when I tried to recharge it yesterday, it displayed “Battery Error”.
So I said to myself that I had to change the batteries (I bought the same ones I had before),
so today I went to buy the new batteries, but still the same problem.

anyone have a solution?
